I was treated by Dr. Naveenraj for a perianal abscess with a fistula. He examined me thoroughly, ordered an MRI fistulogram to map the tract properly before operating, and explained the findings and treatment options clearly. The drainage went well and I was discharged in good condition with clear aftercare instructions. He also took my existing medical conditions into account.
